Terry is the principal, a seasoned entrepreneur with over thirty years of experience building, acquiring, consolidating and selling businesses across commercial property, construction and professional services in Central London.

Accounting & Finance by training, he has cultivated a network of more than 1,000 clients and industry connections. His experience spans business development, negotiation and dealmaking, financial rigour, and the building of high-performing teams, ultimately enabling the delivery of best-in-class service to high-net-worth (HNW) families and individuals.

Igor is a Senior Investment Principal with more than 15 years of experience stewarding private and institutional capital across private equity, public markets and corporate finance.

He has managed multi-asset portfolios exceeding $600 million and has led more than 30 corporate finance transactions, including a $400+ million acquisition in the financial institutions sector.

His expertise spans Financial Services, Metals & Mining, Telecommunications and Biotechnology across Europe, the CIS and Latin America.

Alexander brings more than 17 years of investment experience across real estate, public and private equity, private debt, and special situations. He has overseen real asset portfolios in excess of £500 million.

As former Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Private Equity and Venture Capital at EG Capital Advisors, he oversaw $70 million in assets globally and managed a $50 million specialised public equity fund. He began his career in real estate advisory at Ernst & Young.

Dimitry founded and chaired O1 Properties, building one of Moscow’s largest Class A office platforms with a portfolio valued at approximately $4.5 billion and comprising more than 500,000 sq m of office space. Its tenants included Volkswagen, GE, Disney, PwC, McKinsey, and Citibank.

He later served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CA Immobilien Anlagen (c. €3.5 billion market capitalisation) and as Managing Director and Board Member of Otkritie Financial Corporation.

An investment professional supporting the underwriting and execution of new investments, as well as the monitoring and management of the existing portfolio.

He brings more than four years of real estate investment experience, gained at Best Star Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield, and Hines, and holds an MS in Real Estate from New York University.

Counsel with more than 17 years of experience across corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, compliance, and corporate governance.

She supports the firm’s debt and equity transactions and oversees regulatory matters. Previously, she held senior legal roles at O1 Group and O1 Properties, advising on IPOs and Eurobond issuances.

She holds a Specialist Degree in Law, as well as graduate diplomas from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and the University of London.

A tax and finance specialist with more than 15 years of experience in UK and international taxation, she leads the firm’s reporting, accounting, and structuring functions.

Her expertise spans corporate and individual tax planning, as well as cross-border tax compliance, drawing on previous experience at KPMG and a London law firm advising high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and multinational corporations.

She holds an MSc in Accountancy & Auditing and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
