Feanor Capital Partners arranges mezzanine financing for Bricks Capital’s Silverstone Hilton refi

London, May 2023: Feanor Capital Partners, a UK-based real estate investor with a European presence, in conjunction with Thunder Capital Sàrl, a Luxembourg-regulated securitisation vehicle, has arranged a £12.12 million mezzanine loan, funded through a single tranche of listed Eurobonds, to refinance Bricks Group's Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone.

The mezzanine facility formed part of a wider refinancing that also included a new senior loan from the Merseyside Pension Fund, advised by CBRE Capital Advisors, and a junior mezzanine loan from Banor Capital, through its Special Situations Fund 1.

The recently completed 197-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone sits on the circuit's Hamilton Straight, with many rooms offering direct views over the start/finish line and pit lanes. The hotel includes a rooftop bar, a restaurant with a trackside terrace, and a direct bridge to the Silverstone Wing, a 125,000 sq ft conference centre.

Feanor Capital Partners continues to build its private credit business, with a strong pipeline of opportunities under way.
